One of the best ways to enrich a Notion workspace is the gallery database layout with robust card previews. That's partly what makes the Bulletproof Framework such an extraordinary Notion experience:
Users often ask me how they can replicate those cards, so I created this tool for generating them. Choose a background gradient, an icon, then black or white for the icon color.
In the version below, you can choose among three backgrounds and 25 icons. The full version within Notion A-to-Z offers more than 100 of each. If you're not yet a member, we'd love for you to hop aboard and get the most from Notion.
How To Configure Card Previews
If you're unfamiliar with card previews is Notion galleries, here's how to configure them:
In the database that will display your gallery, create a Files & Media property called "Card Preview."
Create a view in the Gallery layout.
Within the view options, under Layout, you'll find a Card preview option. Click it and choose your new "Card Preview" property.
For each database item, upload its generated preview image to that property. (It's easiest to do so in a table view.)
